OctoMed-7B is an open-weight multimodal medical reasoning model fine-tuned from Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct on more than eight million structured medical reasoning traces. It accepts text, images, and video and produces reasoning traces in <think>...</think> tokens before its final answer.
