Phi-3 Mini 3.8B is the generic label used in Microsoft's Phi-3 technical report and by Epoch AI's ECI model record for the original compact, chat-finetuned Phi-3 release. Microsoft distributed separate 4K and 128K Instruct repositories, while the ECI source row supplies no model-version identifier; this benchmark entry therefore avoids treating the score as the later mutable 4K or 128K checkpoint.
