Nemotron 3.5 Super VL 120B A12B NVFP4
NVIDIA · 2026-10-15 · 124.5B parameters
NVIDIA's NVFP4 release of Nemotron 3.5 Super VL, explicitly identified by LiveBench 2.0 and kept separate from the BF16 and precision-unspecified entries. The parameter count is the BF16 checkpoint's logical total, as the packed NVFP4 tensors do not give one.
