Motif-2-12.7B-Reasoning is a 12.7B open-weight reasoning model from Motif Technologies, released on Hugging Face in December 2025. It is built on the Motif-2-12.7B architecture with Grouped Differential Attention (GDA); the model card documents 64K trained/default serving context and an optional YaRN/vLLM recipe for 128K context. The later reasoning report describes hybrid parallelism, kernel-level optimizations, a two-stage SFT curriculum, and RL fine-tuning for math, coding, and instruction-following tasks.
