Mistral Saba is a 24B-parameter regional language model trained on curated datasets from across the Middle East and South Asia; it supports Arabic and many Indian-origin languages and is particularly strong in South Indian-origin languages such as Tamil. It was released through the Mistral API and for customer-local deployment, then retired on September 30, 2025 with Mistral Small 4 named as its replacement.
