Truthful (Baseline) is an algorithmic, non-LLM reference strategy in Lech Mazur’s BAZAAR auction benchmark. It always submits the agent’s exact private value and does not shade quotes or learn from market history; the benchmark uses it as the reference for Conditional Surplus Alpha (CSα) normalization.
