Gjerstad-Dickhaut is an algorithmic baseline in Lech Mazur’s BAZAAR double-auction benchmark. The official repository says it maintains a histogram of opponents’ quotes over a recent sliding window and chooses the bid with the highest expected value against that empirical distribution; published game logs use `gd` as its non-LLM `model_name`.
