Silent Random is a non-LLM algorithmic baseline in Lech Mazur's STEP Game benchmark. The official strategy overview says it immediately ends every conversation and chooses uniformly at random from {1, 3, 5}; official result history uses multiple identifiers (`SilentRandomPlayer` and `SilentRandom`), so no single canonical machine identifier is established.
