Silent EVMax is an algorithmic baseline in Lech Mazur's STEP Game benchmark, not a separately released generative model. The official README says it tracks opponents' move frequencies with per-round exponential decay, estimates each move's probability of being unique, and chooses the highest-expected-value move, with special safest-finish and tie-breaking logic; official game records identify it as `SilentEvMax`.
