Silent Collision Tracker is a non-LLM reference baseline in Lech Mazur's STEP Game benchmark. The official strategy overview says it combines decayed opponent move-frequency estimates (a Dirichlet-prior model) with a Beta posterior over its own success, can optionally use Thompson sampling, and applies special endgame logic; official score logs identify it as `SilentCollisionTracker`.
