Silent Blocker is a baseline strategy in Lech Mazur's STEP Game benchmark. The official strategy overview says it decays move frequencies, estimates uniqueness using Bayesian counts, tries to block a leading opponent near the goal by matching the predicted finishing move, and otherwise maximizes expected value with Thompson sampling for near ties; official score logs identify the participant as `SilentBlocker`.
