GPT-3.5 Turbo Instruct

gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct is OpenAI's InstructGPT-style text model, trained similarly to text-davinci-003 and introduced as a drop-in replacement for older models in the legacy Completions API. OpenAI now marks it deprecated; it accepts and produces text, has capabilities similar to GPT-3-era models, and is not compatible with Chat Completions.
