GLM-4.6V-Flash is the lightweight member built around a 9B language backbone of Zhipu AI's GLM-4.6V multimodal series, released in December 2025 alongside the 106B GLM-4.6V. Designed for local and edge deployment, it shares the native multimodal tool-calling and multimodal reasoning capabilities of the full model at significantly reduced compute cost. It targets low-latency vision tasks and scenarios where GPU memory is limited.
