GLM-4.5-Air is a compact MoE variant from Zhipu AI's GLM-4.5 family, released in July 2025 with an MoE checkpoint marketed as 106 billion total parameters with 12 billion active. Like the full GLM-4.5, it is described in the ARC (Agentic, Reasoning, and Coding) technical paper (arXiv 2508.06471) and supports both thinking and direct response modes. It offers a more efficient alternative to the larger 355B GLM-4.5 for deployment-constrained settings.
