Gemma 3n E4B IT LiteRT Preview is Google's May 2025 dynamic-int4 on-device checkpoint, distributed as the 4,405,655,031-byte gemma-3n-E4B-it-int4.task bundle for Android through MediaPipe LLM Inference. Unlike the fully released June checkpoint, this preview bundle accepts only text and image input and has a 4,096-token context window.
